       节流调节不划算,但改成旋转调节门调节或转速调节。风机用动叶可调装置,减少风压过大,需要切割叶轮外缘,减少叶轮直径。

       如果有多台风机,应在烟道或风道之间增加接触管,以便不同风机的风压相互通信,停止多余风机运转。改进风扇进出口装置,清理风扇进出口涡流。

       为了降低风管的阻力,不应在烟道中放置过多的挡板,以改变弯管的状况,堵塞漏气,及时清除炉渣,清理积灰。风机并联运行应合理选择运行台数量,保障玻璃钢酸雾风机满载运行。

       在叶轮维护过程中,应注意保障维护质量符合工厂标准。应用高性能叶轮代替低效叶轮是可行的。

       选择合适的调节装置,节流调节不划算。建议改成旋转调节门调节或转速调节,并行运行的玻璃钢酸雾风机应合理选择平台数量,以保障玻璃钢风机过载运行。
