变频离心通风机不平衡的原因及治理措施

变频离心通风机生产厂家

       1、在变频离心通风机叶轮整体磨损不太严重的情况下,可通过现场动平衡直接解决。

       2、当叶轮整体磨损严重(叶片抗磨层磨损大于2/3)时,为避免整个叶轮因继续磨损而报废,方法是在现场动平衡前堆放抗磨层。这样可反复作业,能使叶轮寿命增加一倍左右。另外为了提高堆焊质量,可根据变频离心通风机进风口的结构来选择堆焊层的部位和厚度。比如,两侧进风的离心通风机,其磨损严重的部位在叶片中间,这里的堆焊层焊缝应密厚,可合理地增加磨损周期。

       3、当烟气中的粉尘沉积时,需将玻离心通风机叶轮清理干净。

       4、在变频离心通风机进行动平衡前,需检查叶轮上每一个转子。当叶片抗磨衬板的转子出现松脱时,应及时拧紧并点焊,否则很难通过现场动平衡来消除振动。
